Hi  @aDamDr

Thanks for the feedback. To understand the situation better, can you please share us the following info?

1. The model number and the firmware version of the EAP you are using;

2. Is the USR-DR164 the only client affected? What about other clients that configured Lock to AP?

3. Do you mean if you uncheck Lock to AP, USR-DR164 won't disconnect?

4. Is the EAP online when the USR-DR164 is disconnected?

I have also similar case, a client connecting properly on previous firmware of the router stopped connecting. The device is USR-DR164 from pusr dot com
Interestingly also, I could not find it in the offline client list and remove the lock setting. Finally after multiple factory resets of the client I got it connected and was able to remove the EAP lock.

Two EAP615-Wall(EU) v1.0 with FW 1.5.4

I have not experienced it with any other client, I have some of them locked to the AP and with DHCP reservations.

3. Do you mean if you uncheck Lock to AP, USR-DR164 won't disconnect?

Actually it seems the opposite. And to be 100% precise here is what I have done:

I had the USR-DR164 device with reserved IP address and with lock to two EAPs.

After the router firmware update to this pre-release version the USR-DR164 device could not connect to the network anymore, tried factory resets etc.
I could not see the device in the list of offline clients hence I could not remove the AP lock but I have removed the DHCP reservation and was able to connect it to the wifi again.

After that I've been able to remove the AP lock. Now the device connects successfully even after restarts.

4. Is the EAP online when the USR-DR164 is disconnected?

Yes, always online.
