EAP772 v1 1.1.4/1.2.0 major packet drops
I have been seeing bad packet drops on EAP772 v1.
I have 3 EAP772, they all have been working well for weeks/months on 1.1.2 until I upgrade one of them to 1.1.4. I see major dropped after ~20 minutes.
Since i cannot downgrade to 1.1.2, I find the preview 1.2.0 and upgrade that one to 1.2.0. It is better, but after 5 days it again started to see dropped.(in the event log, there is one "Disconnected" event for that EAP, then "connected" after a few minutes).
Since then, I see more than 50% packet drops if I connect to that EAP.
Please help either fix the issue or provide a way to downgrade back to 1.1.2.
Thanks

Hi @SFlame
Thanks for posting here.
This situation should not be an issue with this firmware. This firmware has been released for some time, and yours is the first feedback of this kind. We recommend that you first follow the guidelines below to optimize the wireless settings.
Interference Detection (Controller 6.X)
How to optimize wireless performance of EAP products
If the improvement is minimal, please provide us with specific details about the current problem, including:
1. Where did you see the packet loss exceeding 50%? Please provide the corresponding screenshot;
2. The wireless utilization rate of the EAP;

3.(in the event log, there is one "Disconnected" event for that EAP, then "connected" after a few minutes).
Since then, I see more than 50% packet drops if I connect to that EAP.
>>>What about the other two EAPs? Or the other two still working with 1.1.2 firmware?

@SFlame Why can't you downgrade to 1.1.2? Did it say in the beta notes that you could not downgrade?
