WLAN Optimization not working for while now.
Hi All,
I am writing to request technical support regarding issues I am experiencing with WLAN Optimization.
I currently have 21 EAPs in use. Although I could only mention three in the fields above, I have attached the full sheet to this email for your reference.
I have been attempting to run WLAN Optimization for some time, but the process fails every time. I have tried running both Global Optimization and Auto WLAN Optimization, as well as various custom options, but none of these attempts have been successful. The last recorded successful scan was on December 28th.
This issue is becoming urgent as my network is currently very congested, making it difficult to connect to the internet in several locations. I have attached screenshots of the errors for your review.
Could you please help me identify what the issue might be and how to resolve it?

Thanks for posting here.
What's the controller are you using? Please also note the firmware version.
Did you change any settings on December 28th? Or can you recall any change around that day?
BTW, the firmware of EAP655-wall is not the latest one, you may update it:

thank for your reply my controller is OC300 V1, 6.1.0.19, 1.32.10 Build 202601117 Rel 84796.
the only recent change I have done is change 3 of my EAP 650 with EAP 655 around the 16th Jan 2026
My EAP 655 is US version, Can you please confirm if the above version work for me ? As it says EU? Thanks

Thank you for the solution; it worked well and my indoor APs are now optimized. I will wait for the beta update to address the remaining units. Currently, I was able to optimize 12 out of 21 APs, as my three outdoor APs and the remaining mesh units do not seem to support AI Optimization.
