Random MAC, The device loses connection
Hello, I just have a question. I have some Android devices that lose their internet connection 24 hours after I've entered a 30-day voucher. When I try to access the SSID, the captive portal opens and asks me to enter a new voucher. I'd like to know if this is because the Android device has Random MAC Address enabled, and if you recommend switching to the Use Device MAC Address option.

Yes, you may avoid it by choosing the Duration Type as Voucher Duration. Clients can use the same voucher the next day, even when the MAC address has changed.
