Model: VIGI C330I
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.2.0 Build 250905 Rel.61693n

I have 3 VIGI C330I.

Working:

> 2x are connected directly to VIGI NVR1008H-8P.

Issue:

> 1 camera has an issue. It is connected to a TL-POE150S then a TP-Link TL-SG108E switch which then connects it to my home network.

> This setup has been working for more than 2 years now. I have not made any network change.

> It is currently not accessible (No network video. in monitoring screen). The odd thing is that it turns on daily at night. It works for a few seconds or minutes then gets disconnected again. During daytime, it is totally down.

> I checked the POE injector and its connections and everyting looks okay. I have not checked the connection directly to the camera since it is at a high area.

Any inputs on what I can check or do to fix the issue?

Hi  @Kurisu-san

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

May I confirm your network topology to begin with?

When the issue happens, there is a black screen on the monitor? Did you try to ping this IP on your NVR under Settings>System Management>Diagnostic Tool or on the same local network with a PC?

Since it disconnects frequently, would it recover automatically or you need to perform a manual reboot?

Thank you for your reply.

>> star topology. I have a main router where all devices are connected.

>> yes, in the dashboard, the screen for the camera with issue is black ("No network video"). When it goes up, I can ping the IP of the camera. If it is down, I cannot ping the IP.

>> It just goes up automatically, but it does not last long, only for a few seconds or minutes. Also, it only happens at night, which makes it odder.
