Model: Omada Cloud-Based Controller EAP650

I'm running my controller on my Home Assistant with a Raspberry Pi 5. I can't get my gateway and my EAP650 to adopt. I've also entered the correct controller information URL for everything. What else can I do? The controller is the OMADA add-on stable.

Are you using the Omada Software Controller installed on your Raspberry Pi 5?
