Hi  @Vishlamba

Thanks for posting here.

To understand the situation better, please let us know:

1. What kind of device is the client??

2. How does it connect to the network?

3. Is its Internet access affected?

Hi  @Vishlamba

Thanks for the reply.

There are two MAC addresses; are they both PUCK switches?

Do they both connect to the network? Do you configure a static IP address for them, or dynamic IP?

What EAP do you use? Please also give us the model number and firmware version for the EAP.

In addition, we need to know the network topology, which should indicate how the router, switch, and EAP are connected. thanks.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post the issue on the TP-Link community!

It seems to work in that it shows results but crashes every time I run it with the error in the screen shot.

>>>Will the controller generate the corresponding logs?

@Vincent-TP Hi Vincent, I'm having trouble with the wireless LAN Optimization in my oc300 v1. It seems to work in that it shows results but crashes every time I run it with the error in the screen shot.

It then wipes out all the wireless LAN's I have and all the setting I've put in for the Optimization including all the previous successful Optimizations. If I then go back out of the LAN setting and then back in again, they all reappear. In reality thankfully the 10 Wireless SSID's I have don't actually get removed, but they do all disappear until I go out and back on the LANS.

Regards Lee...

The WLAN Optimization Manual Schedule does not work for me both with and without Adaptive WLAN Optimization. When I run it manually it works fine.

Hi Vincent

I mentioned my issue from https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/859086?replyId=1683046 in https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/862068  and also opened support request.

Before upgrading to the pre-relaease should I wait for outcome of support investigation as logs quite concerning on my OC200 V1.

Kind Regards,

Areg

Hi  @vrtareg

If necessary, support will recommend upgrading to this pre-release version. If you do not need to test the new features of this version for the time being, it is recommended that you do not upgrade and wait for further advice from support.
