Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: acual

Hi all,

how can I change the cloud connectivity of OC200 that was setup without cloud connection.

I resetted on device for testing.  After that reset Cloud light is flashing and I can setup with cloud. OK.

But when system is already running, the buttons are greyed out and I cannot reset anymore (because systems are in use).

That seems to be the same for all my already installed controller.

Any help?

Thanks

Hi  @Gernot_Meyer

Thanks for posting here.

This is because you were logging in to the controller via its cloud account.

Only when logging in via a local account can you disable cloud access.

Below is a guide about how to change the cloud owner account for your reference:

@Gernot_Meyer In Global View > Cloud Access, you should be able to enable cloud access for your Controllers.

Hi and thanks for answer.

That feature is greyed out at any Controller!

Only reset helps.

Hi,

thanks for answer.

No I am not logged in with my cloud account because OC200 is NOT connected to Cloud!

But I want to join cloud!

@Gernot_Meyer What version do you see on your controller? If you click the 3 dots in the top right corner in the UI, and then About, you should see the controller version as well as the Firmware (that includes a build number).
