Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 6.2.0.17

I have a problem. I bought the OC200 controller, but it caused problems when added to the network, so I put it aside for a while. Then I installed the latest controller software on my laptop, but it was only temporary. Now I want to upload my backup to the controller I installed on my Linux server. It's the same version, but Linux, and it doesn't accept this backup. They are the same version; how can I solve this?

Hi  @Jens_claes

Thanks for posting here.

If the two controllers have the same version number, we can perform the backup directly.

To understand the situation, please give us the following info:

1. The firmware version of the OC200.

2. The version number of the Linux software controller.

3. The error message when it restores fails, please capture a screenshot.

But it caused problems when added to the network,
