Hi everyone,

I have a specific question regarding the Hotspot Portal configuration in the Omada Controller.

When generating vouchers, I can set a limit on how many devices (e.g., 5) can use the same code simultaneously. I am looking for the following behavior:

  • Devices using the same voucher code should be able to communicate with each other.

  • Devices using different voucher codes should be isolated from one another.

Is it possible to configure this "group-based isolation" within a single WLAN/SSID? Or does the Omada Controller only offer the standard "Client Isolation" feature, which either blocks all inter-client communication on the SSID or allows it for everyone?

Thanks in advance for your insights!

@TW_EPC As far as I can tell no there isn't any feature that can provide isolation based on Hotspot Voucher code. You're probably looking to instead use PPSK, which can separate devices into VLANs based on their authentication credentials.
