I have a main deco and 3 others around the house. The green light is on on all 4 but the app states that only the main deco is online. The others are shown in the app as (incorrectly) offline. Because of this I am unable to complete the firmware update. How do I resolve this?

Can you please provide the model number of your four decos? Also please provide the firmware and hardware versions of each unit. You can find this info using the links below.
