Like the title say, al our devices have firmware updates, but whatever we do, never ever the firmware is updated.

It shows that they are updating, but after the update, the firmware stocks and will never be updated.

What is going on here??

If we press on the update and after that confirm, the device says updating but none of the devices in any site does really update..

After some minutes the device shows online again and nothing is changed.
