Model: Omada Software Controller (Linux)  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 6.2.10.17

I have enabled the Remote Syslog server, and the Syslog connection is working fine. However, the ACL Log toggle is still missing from the ACL page. I'm using Software Controller (Linux) v6.2.10.17 with ER8411 firmware v1.3.6. 

 

Is there any additional configuration required to enable ACL logging, or is this not supported by the current ER8411 firmware?

We regret to inform you that this is because the feature is not yet supported by the 1.3.6 firmware for ER8411.

We have launched a pre-release firmware for ER8411 that is fully compatible with Omada 6.2.10. Please visit the post below for details:ER8411 V1 1.4.0 Build 20260603 Rel Pre-Release Firmware (Release on June 5th, 2026) - Business Community


We would like to kindly remind you that upgrading to a pre-release firmware may carry certain potential risks. Please read the Beta Test Agreement carefully before proceeding with the upgrade.
