Hello

 

When I want to upgrade my Controller Software to  1.40.18 Build 20260506 Rel.74003 I always got the message "Failer, no Internet connection", but all is working Internet connection is ok.

Do you try to upgrade the firmware online?

What about the manual upgrade? Does it work?

You may try to backup the config file first, then try to manually upgrade it to the V1.40.18.
