I am setting up the CPE510 to be used for a 1 time event which is 2,000 feet from my home. My goal is to use my AT&T Gigabit Fiber Optic data connection 985Mbps to broadcast to 45 users.
My question is which Operation Mode would I set the TP-Link Pharos CPE510 on?
The layout of the network is:
Fiber Connection to ATT Uverse Router/Modem.
Then I want to plug the new CPE510 with Cat 6 Cable in to the CPE 510 and broadcast the signal pointed at the event area inside a park 2,000 feet away. On the receiving end I would like to know if I can plug up a TP-Link N600 Wireless Dual Bank Gigabit Ceiling Mount Access Point to receive the signal and then act as a Wireless Access Point to users in this event area. Is this possible and at which mode would I set the Pharos to? Repeater Range Extender or Bridge Mode?
Or, is the only way to attempt this is to setup a 2nd CPE510 in the park event area to receive the signal and then plug a Cat 6 cable into the TP-Link N600 access point?
Bottom line, should I use the Pharos as a Wireless Access Point from my house or can I Broadcast the signal to the N600 so it can share it?
Thank you

You need to do a PtP between home and event with 2-510s
One as AP and receiving as Client, from there you connect the
N600.
510 has 10/100Mbps Port, not Gygabit
985Mbps to broadcast to 45 users.
That's 98 MBs make sure 510 moves the 98 to the Client side
Check that the N600 supports 45 Clients (users) and that will cover need it area on event

Thanks danymarc for the assistance. Let me ask one other question if you don't mind. I'm not line of sight right now with many leaves in the way. So today I am going to put 2" PVC Conduit lengths together, 10 feet at a time so I can try and get as much signal spread as possible. In order to PtP to work you need line of sight, correct? But if I am not able to get line of sight are you familiar
with the CEP510 type appliances that if set to Access Point it might throw the signal above the tree's for 1+ mile? That is if I can get it high enough....roughly 30' high?
We've wanted to get wifi into the event for a number of reasons but have not been able to until I came across this device. Do you know of another appliance that might work Without Line of Sight?

Thanks, Brian

Motorola, Cambium
NLOS devices could be 10X expensier
If you don't have LOS forget the link
Try other solutions, this is onetime project, like hire Internet from a nearby home
And link to the need it site
The way you exposed in post #1 this is over your head
I advice to hire a consultant, or hire someone on the business to do it
45 Clients simultaneous on the web is not a piece of cake
QOS will be need it, and other things, you never mentioned the purpose of the Internet use
Social Medua, YouTube, video streaming etc
