TL-ER6020 WAN Ports remain in status "Connecting."

Hardware Version : TL-ER6020 v1.0
Firmware Version : 1.1.0 Build 20150416 Rel.35252
ISP : A1 Austria (DSL) / Drei Austria (4G/LTE)
Hello!
First, I am not a "network specialist" (right now).
I was trying to setup my "TL-ER6020" WAN ports but setting them up as dynamic IPs does not work.
The Status of both WAN ports is "Connecting..."
Here is a screenshot of the "Network - Status" page:

Also I saw at "Maintenance - Diagnostics - Online Detection":
Can anyone help me?
