Hello, I'm having a hard time using my cameras here. I have a VIGI NVR1008H-8P recorder, and VIGI C485 and C340 cameras. Both camera models are used to record when triggered by wild animals at night.

So, I bought the nvr and 3 cameras. 2x C240I and 1x S485. When I got to the pan and tilt tab it says "Unavailable for all channels". Am I missing something?
