Can't adopt EAP 330

Can't adopt EAP 330

Hi,
I use EAP Controller and there I have 8 devices - EAP220 and EAP225. Now I take new one EAP330 and I can't adopt new device. Version of EAP Controller is Version: 2.4.8. I update EAP 330 with latest firmware EAP330(EU)_V2_170930. I try to adopt this unit directly, try to change password, try to change IP, Mask and Gateway like my other units, but I receive "Adopt filed. Wrong user and pass. I'm sure about my pass!!!. When type my password again receive other notification "send adopt command to ap timeout".Something interesting - on label under my EAP220 write ver.2.0, but EAP Controller in colum "Hardware Version" write 1.0.
Please help how to add my new unit :)
