Hi erichbonvicini
If you use the MC220L V1~3, please make sure that your cable and equipment both support 1000M.

So if I have MC220L (ver3) and I will connect 1000Base-T (RJ45) port with simple router (like Netgear JWNR2000 or any other similar) which LAN ports are " 10BASE-T or 100BASE-Tx, RJ-45", then the communication wont work?
I've tried with my laptop, simple cable router, Netgear router mentioned above, some other device with LAN port and another MC220L(v3). Only Laptop and another media converter were working ok.

Ok, I guess here is the answer... https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/2319 Does MC220L version 4 supports other speeds than 1000Base-T?
Hi MariuszCh
MC220L V3 only supports 1000Base-T so you need to make sure that other devices also support 1000Base-T.
MC220L V4 supports 10/100/1000Base-T and automatic negotiation.
