VLAN Problem

Hello Everyone.
I have problem with configuring VLANs on my switch, problem is happening when I'm setting PVID on port. After that the communication with that switch is terribly slow. No matter if I set this VLAN is tagged or untagged port. On attached image is shown what happening when I'm setting PVID.
The problem is only on ports where is a transmission, when port is idle nothing happens
I tried to disable STP and Loopback detection but nothing helps
