Case Description:
After successful configuring for all four AP’s and after DHCP update IP (24 hours) for all AP’s, the controller lose connection to all four AP’s (DISCONENCTED)
We are unable to access the device neither using controller nor using stand alone to the new AP IP.
Login page open, prompt for username and password, admin admin failed, admin and controller password failed, cloud account credentials also failed.
On the first occurrence, We had to hardest all four AP’s, to be able to adopt the AP’s using master credentials admin admin.
This issue happened twice, this is totally unaccepted and inappropriate, we need permanent solution, We are using this as a public Wi-Fi access as a marketing tool for our customers.
