Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.7.0

I have an OC200 1.0, controller version 4.1.5, firmware 1.7.0, but am not getting any client history.

If I go to Settings --> Controller, the only config options that exist are for "general settings" and "HTTPS certificate" - there are no "Mail server" or "History data retention" options.

Is it possible that logging has been turned off elsewhere in the config, or some other reason why "Mail server" or "History data retention" does not exist?

Dear @Fozzie,

It seems that you are accessing the OC200 via Cloud Access. https://omada.tplinkcloud.com/

Please login to the OC200 locally by the steps below to configure other settings.

1) Make sure the PC and OC200 are connected to the same network.

So if your OC200 is connected to a router/switch, then connect the PC to the same router/switch.

2) Check the OC200’s IP address from the DHCP server (typically a router).

3) Launch a web browser on the PC and type OC200’s IP address in the address bar, then press Enter (Windows) or Return (Mac).
