Unable to adopt EAPs which were previously Omada managed
Hi Everyone,
Aa the subject says I am trying to adopt our old APs before the business had moved to a new location. Previously these EAPs were managed by Omada Software and now I'm trying to set them up under a OC200.
When I try and adopt them it prompts for the username / password which for the life of me I cannot recall. I know my option is to factory reset the EAPs, however they are mounted in a 32 foot ceiling so access is a pain.
My question is a long shot; is there any possible way to factory reset the EAPs from ground level where I can't login to the interface?
Any ideas would be appreciated!
