That´s means 10 or 50 simultaneous connections (number of users/computer connect to VPN) at the VPN? considering client-to-site

Hope this can answer your question: 

50 Tunnels means the maximum number of PPTP & L2TP tunnels is up to 50. For example, if ER7206 works as a client connecting to 5 VPN servers,  then 5 tunnels have been used, so if it works as VPN server, no more than 45 clients can connect, including PPTP and L2TP.
