Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.1 Build 20210113 Rel.35074

I am hoping @Fae can set me straight here.  : )

I have a TL-605 multi-wan router with two ISP's load balancing.

Port 5 I have a non-SDN unmanaged wireless router in AP mode (happens to be a TP-Link consumer router)

And in Port 4 I have a non-SDN unmanaged wiressless AP (also hapeens to be a TP-Link device) and I use this one for a Guest Wifi network.  Is there anyway to set up VLAN for this port but still give it access to the internet, and access to same DHCP server on vlan 1 used by port 5?

I suspect I need to actually get a switch for this as well, and don't mind the expense of buying one.  (Just ordered in a TL-SG2008 in fact) but would like to see if I can accomplish what I want without an additional switch.

Thank you for any help.  I am not a networking master, and chugging along as best as possible.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this one?  I did not see any replies, but still stumped.

If you want to isolate devices on Port4 and Port5 but still get Internet from the R605 router, I'm afraid that the current R605 router cannot meet your requirements. It's suggested to connect the devices to the R605 router through a switch and configure 802.1Q VLAN on the switch to achieve that.

@Fae

Thank you Fae!   I did get a tplink omada controlled switch and I am loving it!  All set.  Omada interface could not have made this better and easier!

Have a great weekend!
