I bought the device 2 days ago.

I use 2 different internet services. I want to combine these services and get a single exit. I did this as PPoE and Dynamic IP, but when I do a speed test, the active WAN shows its speed. Only when I run a speed test from speedtest.net the download values seem combined. However, there is no merger in the upload values. In the speed test I made from different sites, I can only see the speed values of the active WAN. When I merged the two services, shouldn't the download and upload values also combine?
