I just got this switch, tried everything suggested on the web: 

connected the switch to my pc with no other devices attached, configured my pc's ip address as 192.168.0.100/24 

when pinging 192.168.0.1 I "get destination host unreachable" response, I plugged  in the rj-45 cable in every port. I also reset the switch

tried different laptops and a desktop pc.The switch basic functionality is working but no matter what I tried I still can't access de configuration; web, ssh, telnet none of them work.
