Any news on official FW for this issue? It's been something like 2 months now and still no updates.
I also just tried the beta FW on a SG2008 and SG2008P and both failed installing.

Hopefully they are including this fix in the firmware update due at the end of the month mentioned here that should also resolve the readoption on controller reboot issue.

Still no fix and official response for this issue. The buggy software is also still being pushed while they should take that offline. This is pretty disappointing from Tp-link.

Looks like there is a new firmware, appears to address the missing stats
Paste below from the firmware notes on controller

Where did you find the new firmware? It is not listed on the product support page here:

Strange, I still just see the 1.01 or 3.01 FW for different switches.
Maybe they push it in batches or something like that?

Have you got "cloud access" enabled? I usually just turn it on to check for updates, then turn it off again.
I've also had situations where the web interface shows no upgrades, but the Android app (connected to the controller) does - maybe try that?

@bdl I have cloud acces enabled, but both cloud as local login gives me old FW for 3 different switches. Strange...
