Ethernet port not working on TL-SG1005D Switch

I purchased the TL-SG1005D v3.1 switch few months ago. It was working fine but since yesterday, one of the ethernet ports is no longer working. Tried restarting the switch a few time to no avail.
I tried calling the customer phone support many times but nobody answers the call. I would like to do an RMA but there is no clear cut instruction anywhere on TP-Link India's site on how to go about it. Please help.
