Disconnection issue with EAP 225 with IOS users
we are using Omada 200 with four EAP225 AP's
user average count is 35 on this setup
clients face disconnection issues especially IOS users
while users use more bandwidth
AP cpu utilization gets around 70% at problem time for a while
all setup is updated at the moment with the latest FW
Android inteligent wifi feature and IOS wi-fi assist feature assume wifi connection as unstable where there is not issue of backend bandwidth

Hey
Would you be able to give us some more info on your setup? For example are you running VLANs? Is Bandsteering enabled and what security do you have on your SSID?
Any firmware versions would also help. Have you fast roaming enabled?
Hopefully we will be able to help you

@umeriq It's suggested to disable Advanced features and test again.
If it won't solve the issue, you may need to check if the problem happens on all of your EAPs, or just one of them. On the Clients list you can monitor the client is connected to which EAP.
Try set up a 5Ghz only SSID and let that Apple devices use the test SSID.
BTW is there any Alert Log can be found? Or any evidence on the Log you can see?

@umeriq If so, you may try move this EAP to another working EAP location, to test if it is a hardware issue on this EAP. It also could be a problem on Ethernet connection between router and the EAP.
