Model: EAP245  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 5.0

I bought new eap245 device and configured in my network 

when i am connecting wifi to macbook and apple devices it is giving very slow speed

i activated 2.4 and 5 ghz

but both bandwidth wifi is very slow

speed is getting arount 2mbps

 

i checked with windows and android devices

Speed ia getting around 70 mbps

 

accespoints are directly connected from sonicwall firewall

 

can you please give me solution asap

Apple and Android devices in the same location connected to WiFi test?
Both are connected to the 5G WiFi test?
Apple devices if connected to other WiFi is working properly?


If you suspect that there are problems with EAP speed performance, it is recommended that the Iperf test is more accurate:

1) yes,Apple and Android devices in the same location connected to WiFi test

2)yes,Both are connected to the 5G WiFi test

3)yes, apple devices i connected to other network it is working fine, Only tp link network is problem

 

Only problem with apple devices

Sorry we dont have a lot to work on here, so was wondering if you could post some pictures / screenshots of your results and setup?   How are you testing this and what configuration are you using?

 

Is this the internet speed you are testing or the WiFi connection speed?
