Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 5.1.7

I have a TP Link stack set up, including the OC200 controller, ER605 V1 router and the TL-SG2210P switch.  For the last several days, the controller loses connection, both via Omada cloud and locally.  Connection is usually restored within a few minutes, only to be lost again shortly.  This seems to have happened after the latest firmware upgrades that I pushed last week.  Troubleshooting steps I have taken include:

Power cycling all the devices

Replacing all Ethernet cables

Using USB power for the OC200 instead of POE

Using the Eth2 port on the OC200

OC200 -

Version - 5.1.7

Firmware - 1.15.2 Build 20220323 Real 60717

ER605 Router

Version - 1.2.0 Build 20220114 Real 76871

TL-SG2210P V3.20

Version - 2.20.2 Build 20210806 Real 55686

As a secondary issue, I have two EAP610 access points (Version 1.0.4 Build 20220325 Real 5).  They both have significant WPA Authentication Timeout/Failure errors.  Over 15K in the last 2 days.  Both devices are connected via ethernet to the TL-SG2210P switch.

1. Have you set a static IP for the OC200?
Try setting a static IP for it, for example, something like this.

1) When it drops, can devices in the LAN ping the OC200 through? Can you still access the copntroller's interface via IP address?
2) Have you made any changes to your network before or after the controller loses connection? Have you changed any settings or added any new devices?

3) What was the firmware version of the controller before it was upgraded?

2. For this EAP issue, perhaps it would be better if you started a new thread to discuss it separately, see this one:

https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/552406

Please shows more details about your issue like whether the wireless client can connect to the internet properly?
Is the SSID that appears in the logs 2.4G or 5G?
Does the problem occur with all clients or a specific client?
Are there multiple SSIDs set? Is there the roaming logs shown on the controller?

Best Regards!

@Hank21 Thank you for the reply.  I do have a static IP set for the controller, in fact, I have a static IP set for all of my network devices.  It is hit or miss whether I can access the controller via the IP address when the cloud is down.  I am not sure what the previous firmware version was.  I should have notated that.  I did connect the controller directly into the router last night to see if it would act differently than it did when it was plugged into the switch.  It still goes offline randomly.

The SSID that is showing the issue is a 2.4/5G SSID.

I do have multiple SSID's.

It appears that the devices that are the main issues are Sonos speakers and Nest products.

I am wondering though if the EAP issue is a secondary issue to the first issue.  It may be if I get the first issue resolved, the EAP issue will go away.
