Ive tried for hours just to hook up my oc200 hardware controller, I plug it in to power up, no blinking green light. I hit the 5 second reset and it blinks 5 times and then stops. I don't feel like its connecting to internet cloud but i simply need help, ready to give up , Im not tech savy at all. Is there a support person i can call and actually talk to, i have a restaurant opening in 2 days and need the mesh system connected with starlink system. I need help
