I just got a new OC200 v2, I tries to power up either from micro-usb (5v with 1.5A or 2.0A) or PoE por with my TL-SF1005P but no luck, the link or power light are always off.

 

Does anyone have similar experience?

sounds like a defective unit, as either method you tried should have resulted in some light activity.

  @d0ugmac1 does TL-SG105PE have enough PoE power to power up the OC200?

  @GaryPang It sure does!  My OC200 consumes 3.2W of power
