OC200 not discoverable after power failure

OC200 not discoverable after power failure
Experienced an entire house power failure of about 5 minutes. Now the OC200 is not discoverable.
1. powered it down for 3 minutes and repowered up.
Omada cloud software showed the oc200 as being disconnected
2 factory reset the oc200 using a paper clip.
Omada cloud software now does not show any controller entry
3. Downloaded and tried the Omada discovery utility and it finds everything except the controller.
activity light on the switch is active.
Any suggestions welcome!
