Model: TL-SG3428
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.3

I have a TL-SG3428 switch that my OC 300 Controller can discover but cannot adopt because the Switch IP Address keeps coming up as 192.168.10.X instead of 192.168.0.X.

I have used Hyper Terminal to reset it to factory, followed all the steps and it still comes up as 192.168.10.X.

I should mention that I do not have 192.168.10.X anywhere on my network and I cannot ping the IP or open a web interface to the switch. I even created a VLAN with the base address 192.168.10.1/24 and still could not connect, ping or otherwise connect.

Additionally I have the TL-SG3428 connected directly to my ER605 router. I have also tried it being connected to my TL-SG2210MP and my TL-SG2008P with the same results.

Any suggestions?

@Bonelys Further info: I managed to get into the switch via the web interface. I went to L3 and Interface and changed the IP to 192.168.0.X and applied. The OC 300 immediately recognized it but when I tried to adopt it, it reverted to the 192.168.10.X ip address
