ER605 Is connected Has Issued IP Machine has the IP No Internet Connection
After purchase updated firmware to ER605(UN)_V1.6_1.2.1 Build 20220512
I have a very simple set up.
The router,
TP-Link TLSG1016DE unmanaged switch
6 non-meshed eithernet onnected Unifi AP that all worked fine with the previous ISP provided router.
2 - 4 eithernet connections.
Constant loss of IP addresses at user end, or the connection "losing media" due to inability to connect to DNS.
I ended up by accident on the beta board, read up, decided to walk back the firmware to what appeared to be the most stable firmware: ER605(UN)_V1.6_1.1.1_20210723
Thought I had things working, but then the problems started to repeat.
Example:
ER605 shows an ip address of 192.168.0.122 has been issued. Time lease shows 1:44:49
ER605 shows IP issued to the Unifi AP
DNS is set to null to use the ISP DNS
Clent machine reports ip of 192.168.0.122
No internet connection.
Connect client machine to other router/ISP and connects just fine and has connection to unternet.
My phone has an IP that stays connected.
The AP I'm on now stays connected.
The Amazon devices stay connected.
What is going on that three differant client laptops, one with Linux, a Win 10 and a WIN11 all with IPs won't stay connected?
TIA
