Model: EAP615-Wall
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0

Hi -

Where can I download the 1.1.2 Build 20220830 Rel. 67164 firmware for the EAP615-wall?

This version appears to be installed on a new device I purchased, so I'd like to update my existing devices to be on the same version.
I can't see this version on the download page.

Thanks.

@LeoCurrie TPllnk is notorious for convoluted firmware and hardware versions. Its likely you will never see that firmware version online and it may even be the same as the one you have. Just pretend you didn't see it.

@LeoCurrie This appears to be a firmware that was supposed to go public in September, but never released, see this thread for some details.  It is supposed to have the fix for port VLAN tagging and PPSK.

@Fae @Hank Please comment on the status of the 615-Wall firmware, this was going to be fixed 4 months ago, there has been nothing, and the "Solution" has been un-pinned but there is still and issue.

@crrodriguez Yeah the US firmware also was released today.

Over the last summer, there was a post on Reddit where a former TPLink Omada employee, said that TPLink was having trouble with licensing for the new AP chip-set for the new release APs (610v2, 650, 670).  And since the 650 also had a firmware release today, and both the 615 and 650 firmware build dates are from September, I think they have been on hold for license paperwork.

@JoeSea weird because most of the software inside is open source..I guess it is a license for something else.

@crrodriguez & @JoeSea thanks for letting me know the new firmware has been released in some territories.

It's not actually listed yet on the UK download page, but in any case I can see an 'update available' in Omada controller for all my APs now so I'll give it a shot.

Curiously it looks like the latest is 1.1.3, so I guess I should take the advice of @RickJamesBish and pretend I never saw 1.1.2!

Thanks all.
