Pharos - find IP address on network
Is there an easy way to find the IP address of my Pharos device on the network please? My router doesn't seem to list it alongside any of the other devices with their IP addresses.

Did you change the CPE IP before? From my experience the CPE always use a static IP, that means it may not on the same subnet as your router so the router cannot detect it.
Basically there is no easy way to find the CPE IP if it is static IP. You can try the default IP 192.168.0.254, or just reset the CPE

Thank you very much for your reply. Your comment about not being on the same subnet would explain a lot so thank you very much for this.
I am afraid I cannot remember the setup process as it was quite a while ago. I do not recall whether the IP was changed at this time, hence my assumption it was running on a dynamic IP assigned by the router.
Thank you for your helpful advice. It seems I am best to reset it as you suggested.
