Omada Cloud >Clients - Window is blank - no clients at all show up - frame is blank.
I have a bit of a problem with my setup and wondered if anyone else has seen anything similar or knows what the issue is.
I have 2 locations with an OC200s and TL-R605 at each site. Both OC200s are V1 5.7.6 1.21.7 Build 20221206 Rel.58608
The Omada Cloud console opens ok for both sites, but when I go to Clients or Insight , nothing shows in the frame - it is just blank. This is the same for both sites, and using Chrome or Edge (on a Windows 10 PC). The Dashboard, Statistics, Devices, Map, Log and Report all work OK.
When I go to Settings, most settings fail to show anything too.
If I log in locally using the IP address the Omada web console all seems to work perfectly - it is just the Cloud version that has the problems. I can't be sure, but It could have started when I did the latest controller firmware update.
Anyone got any ideas.
