Model: OC200   ER8411  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.29.3 Build 20240131 Rel.35531

So as to obtain IDS/IPS functionality, I have updated my OC200 V1.0 Controller with Firmware 1.29.3 Build 20240131 Rel.35551 and updated Router ER8411 V1.0 with Firmware 1.2.9 20240112 Release 46169.

 

Following this update, I can no longer access my setup via the cloud, despite the controller reporting cloud access enabled.

 

This is the case irrespective of whether IDP/IDS is enabled or not.
