Hi,

Now, I have problem with my EAP 225 Outdoor antenna, status is always PRECONFIGURED even I reset it multiple times and leave it for 2 hours, still cannot adopt and also the connection status of my cloud based controller management is Off-line. How to fix this? Please send me steps, I do not have hardware controller like OC300.

  @shiroviper

You are in the Global view of your controller (think of it like the index of a book).  You can only change things when you are actually in the site (think chapter) the device belongs to.  Go to the box in the top right labelled Organization and which currently shows Global View...select your site here.  If you don't have one defined, then you must define one, and then adopt the AP into it.  From there, you can make changes to its settings.

Hi Again,

I able to fix my EAP 225 Outdoor to enable cloud access by downgrading the firmware EAP225-Outdoor(EU)_V3_5.0.8 Build 20220613. But still in Omada cloud, status is PRECONFIGURED (I did reset multiple times via web and via hard reset) still cannot adopt my AP. Please confirm if there is really an issue in your side Omada cloud, my clients frustrating because they lost internet access.

PS. I tried to upload photo for reference but it also shows this HTTP error occurred during file upload (403: Forbidden).
