Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20200729 Rel.72489

Firmware update fails every time, using package TL-SG3428MPv1_en_1.1.7_[20221130-rel42340]_up.bin. Status starts "Updating 0%", then says it's failed and to try again later. Tried System Reboot and Reset. Other switch updates fine. Any suggestions welcome.

Hello @Slartibart42,

Have you tried to upgrade to the middle firmware version like TL-SG3428MP(UN)_V1_1.1.5 Build 20220909 for testing first?

If you can upgrade to it successfully, and try the next one TL-SG3428MP(UN)_V1_1.1.6 Build 20221021, and the latest one TL-SG3428MP(UN)_V1_1.1.7 Build 20221130.

Sometimes, upgrading the firmware version one by one may fix the issue.
