We use OC200 with eap 225 devices. We access the internet through 2 types of ssid, one that is accessible via wpa-psk and another one for clients using vouchers. We just upgraded to the latest version. Now half our clients using the voucher portal can no longer access the internet. others have no problem.

We greatly appreciate such detailed information you provided, I have forwarded this updated issue of OC200 to the engineer for further investigation. For now, please roll back your firmware version to the previous OC200 V5.9. I will keep you updated on any progress.

Hello @rakrouki，
May I know the firmware version of EAP225?
You may try to Disable the Portal rule and Enable it again for testing, please also try to reboot the controller.
It is suggested to check if the client devices need to put in the Voucher Code again to get Internet Access.

@rakrouki @Hank21 HI. I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AFTER UPGRADE. NONE OF MY VOUCHER CONNECTED CLIENTS ARE WORKING. I TRY REBOOTING THE CONTROLLER, DISABLING AND REENABLING THE PORTAL BUT THE ISSUE PERSIST.
WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT WITH A NEW VOUCHER, IT WILL WORK, BUT WONT WORK ANYMORE ONCE I ROAM TO ANOTHER EAP IN THE NETWORK.
I USE :
