a bug has been discovered in 5.11 and it has been withdrawn, the recommendation is to install the old version until a new update is available

Warning. the most important thing here is that you take a backup of controler before doing anything,
you must also have a backup of the controller before you upgraded, the new backup is not compatible with previous versions. (So old backup)
Now I no longer have the OC200 myself, but I can try following the memory :-)
What you must have before installation.
Backup of previous controler that match the version you are going to install
You must also have a site username and password for controler and sites.
the controller I think will be factory reset when you downgrade so everything will disappear.
1. Go to the products' home page and download the versions you want.
https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/oc200/#Firmware
2. Log in to the controller locally, there is an install software function. it is probably in the global setting somewhere.
3. install the old version.
4. configure the controller, run restore from earlyer backup and so on.

My best tipp is alway do a backup when you have done a change with your controller, if not you can loos all one day. and you will before or later.
