Mounting C300
I am confusing on how to install VIGI C300 to the bracket. I want to hold C300 from ceiling. The diagram is not clear how to install the bracket to the top-side. There is a sliding sleeve that I must remove to be capable of installing into the bracket.
1. What is this sleeve for?
2. will it be alright to remove the sleeve?

Can you specify the parts you are talking about?
Are you trying to say what're the anchors for?
