OC300_v1 version mismatch / bug?

Are the version numbers mislabeled somewhere? Asking because my OC300 shows
Controller Version:
5.11.10
Model:
OC300 1.0
Firmware Version:
1.18.2 Build 20230704 Rel.64637
But the
website shows that the most recent is:
OC300(UN)_V1_1.17.0 Build
20230328
Built-in Omada SDN Controller v
5.9.32
So as it looks at the moment, I have a NEWER firmware build number with an OLDER Omada version installed?
Is that even possible?
Is this a bug/typo in build
20230704?
I downloaded the lastest firmware on the site but when I try to apply it so that I can upgrade from Omada 5.11.10 to Omada 5.9.32, it tells me that build 20230328 is a downgrade and that I will lose all of my settings.
What is going on here? How can I upgrade from 5.11.10 to 5.9.32?
