Whatsapp Stuck on clock and takes minute to send messages on WiFi
We recently went full Live with Omada at the Hotel.
We are noticing issues though with Whatsapp. Messages stay stuck on clock symbol for about a minute before getting sent out.
Browsing works fine. Any settings that can be recommended to verify? Omada Controller is on the latest version and the access points as well.

2 things here...
What DNS Servers are you using? Use CloudFare or Google DNS.
Also by chance, do you know the signal strength of the clients that are having issues?

Google DNS I myself expierenced it as well. At that moment I didn't measure the signal strength but on my phone it was about 4 out of 5 bars.

The best way to look at it is... Click on the client list and click on the 3 dots on the right. Check customized columns, check signal, wifi connection, rx, and tx.
This will show you the numbers of every wireless client. Lets confirm everyone is lower then -73 signal. Anything above it, means its about the be on a shaky connection.

Also considering going to Settings>Transmission>NAT>ALG. Disable all the ALG's and retest.

Thanks just disabled all those options. Just for reference, we are not using an Omada gateway in our environment.
Just checked and the user that mostly has this issue has a signal of about -60DBm

@KimcheeGUN Will test it myself and let the other user also test see how it goes.
