Static Routing with TL-R480T (over WiFi)
Hello everyone,
Is there anyone here who can help me set up the static routing on my TL-R480T?
I really have no idea how to do that.
I've only ever had one Fritzbox. Since our internet connection was no longer sufficient for me, I also got internet via SkyDSL. (That's only for me ^^)
Of course I also got new hardware for this.
Since I only want to use SkyDSL on my laptop, I also needed a solution on how I could access my existing Fritzbox network using the network from the SkyDSL router.
So I got the TL-R480T+.
I also bought the RE650, which I use as an access point.
A (long) network cable went from my Fritzbox to my Proxmox server. (This has the fixed IP 192.168.178.101)
All my containers and VMs are built on this network.
I set this statically in /etc/network/interfaces.
My SkyDSL router has the IP 192.168.1.1 (But I think that doesn't matter at this point)
My TP-Link (192.168.0.1) gave me the IP 192.168.0.115 on my Macbook.
How can I continue to access the Fritzbox network with my laptop? That will have something to do with “static routing”. But I can't get it.
I don't know what I should enter/select for Destination IP, Subnet Mask, Next Hop or Interface.
My setup looks like this.
WAN 1 == SkyDSL router
WAN/LAN 2 == Fritzbox
WAN/LAN 3 == FREE (unoccupied)
WAN/LAN 4 == RE650
LAN 5 == Proxmox
I hope I was able to explain everything to you the way I imagine it.
If you need to know anything else, please ask.
It's very important to me that it finally works.
