Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.2

Hello friends

I have a case where I am not very sure about configuring.
I have 5 computing laboratories of 50 units in each laboratory is assigned by a VLAN or interface and consume high traffic.

I share my network topology so you can help me.

red Caption

You can see that after my firewall there is a Layer 2 Managed Switch and there are a few computers connected with the 192.168.1.1/24 segment, then I have 2 Omada networks with Tp-Link, one is for the administrative side and the other for laboratories.

Within network A I have different Interfaces just as in network B I have more interfaces or vlans created.
I have the OC300 controller and the ER7206 V1 router on network A and B. I can see the bandwidth consumption of the computers in the Omada reports, but I cannot see what pages or applications they are accessing and how much bandwidth they are using. used for each website or application.

And what I need is to see in my firewall, right now my firewall has 1 network segment 192.168.1.1/24 and the VLANs or interfaces created in omada are not yet configured.
I want to know how I can perform routing so that my firewall can see everything that happens within my networks A and B. After this procedure I am going to configure the firewall to generate my specific reports.

I will be very grateful for your support.

Greetings.

Hi  @jameslexler

but I cannot see what pages or applications they are accessing and how much bandwidth they are using. used for each website or application.

>>>We have the feature Application Analytics, it can do this. But OC300 doesn't support this function yet.

It will be added in the next firmware update. Please kindly wait for the update.

Is your firewall TP-Link product? If yes, what's the model number?

Hello Vicente Regarding bandwidth, I have 500Mb dedicated or symmetrical fiber, which occupies 350MB for network A and 150MB for network B. I made these configurations on my firewall Yes, in oc300 there is no such option, you will be waiting. The firewall is a fortigate 400E Anyway, I would like to know the routing configuration. Thank you very much for your support.

Hello  @Vincent-TP

Brilliant

Are you sure that Application Analysis for OC300 will be enabled in a future update?

This tool would be of great help.

Greetings

@jameslexler bro what is your reason why you have two routers that should only be one, because if I fix your network topology, there should only be one router to manage because it can do it, then fortinet is the one for webfiltering.

I will just share, I also own two hotels and resorts. but only router and many hub switches and proper vlan I am able to monitor the highbandwith consuming clients
